Our latest discovery, Cypress Grove Chevre’s Humboldt Fog, an incredible soft-ripened goat cheese, perfectly balanced with pleasing acidity, full flavour, but not too strong a goaty taste that many goat cheeses have.  Humboldt Fog has a creamy and luscious texture, a has a thin line of edible vegetable ash in the middle, which represents the coastal fog in Humboldt County, the region where the cheese is made in California. Absolutely divine, we enjoy this pasteurized award winning goat’s milk cheese with a fresh, crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a dry rose. If you prefer a red, select a medium bodied Pinot Noir.
