A perfectly delightful pairing we enjoyed was the CEV Late Harvest Vidal; with an assortment of freshly baked cookies including spiced ginger cookies and mouth watering almond biscuits! The wine gives up a yummy bouquet of apricot and peach, with a touch of honey on the palate.
