The perfect gadget to have on hand for entertaining impromptu guests or for those days when you simply forgot to bring your Pinot Noir or Grigio to the desired temperature, it can happen!
The RAVI chills the wine, not the bottle, one glass at a time. This simple two part contraption fits on the neck of the bottle allows the wine to flow through an internal tube made from stainless steel (used for fermentation tanks), never affecting the taste of the wine or its characteristics, solely the temperature. Before using, place the RAVI in the freezer for 6 hours. When ready to give your wine the perfect chill, assemble the two parts and place it on the bottle. Tip the bottle sharply, and pour. The RAVI can chill up to a full bottle of wine, one glass at a time effectively by controlling the flow of the wine with the air-take valve. Over time the RAVI will thaw, so pour more slowly with each subsequent glass allowing it ample opportunity to reach the ideal temperature for maximum enjoyment.
