The sunny vibrant colour of our Chardonnay label recalls the dramatic landscape of northern Chile with its deserts, sandy beaches, archaeological treasures and magnificent sunsets.
Description
Appearance :Pale straw yellow. Aromas :Notes of pineapples, honey and apricots. Flavours :Tigth and crisp, loaded with lime and pinneapple flavors, finishing with a touch of cream.

Vinification Process
Harvest Date :Grapes were selected and handpicked between the third week of February and first of March, 2005. Pressing:Neumatic press, whole cluster Yeast:QA 23, PDM, Cy 3079, D47 Fermentation Temperature :Between 12º and 16º C Settling:24 hours Fining: Bentonite, ictiocole and cold stabilization at -4º C Filtration:Sterile bottling.
Aging Process
