Over easy or sunny side up?

Dear Wine Ladies,

Eggs are always on the menu in some shape or form when I’m brunch entertaining. Are there any white wines that would make for a good pairing?

Absolutely. Champagne or sparkling wines not only ensure that your day gets off to a stylish start but they also pair well with egg dishes allowing the palate to be cleansed after each bite. Some egg dishes tend to coat the tongue, and the acidity and the bubbles of sparkling wines will be most welcomed. Unoaked Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc or dry Rieslings would also work.
